Some history...

Lets start with some historic stories/photos related to amateur radio... and will be constantly updated.

1990

I started education in Electronic School in Lublin. In the same moment I joined club SP8KDB where I stayed for next 5 years. The club was lead by Wladyslaw SP8DXO.

1991

I passed exam and got my first callsign - SP8UFX.

1993

This is photo from Firley - small village near Lublin (Poland). I was there with our club SP8KDB on some contest ("Polny Dzien KF"?). You see transceiver Jowisz (below) and PA (above). On the top frequency counter (Jowisz was not too stable, during QSO we should not touch the table where the Jowisz was standing on). On the left the operator pretending that he knows how to send CW...

I was 17 in that time...

These photos are from our club station SP8KDB. TS450 versus R250 (military communication receiver):

We built (with colleagues and enormous involvement of Wladyslaw SP8DXO) the Packet Radio BBS - SR8BBS.

Some trips to mountains, 1996.

And the following pictures are from our practice in URTIP (Polish national regulator for the telecomunication). With Karol SP7QJK :
